Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) shall be read together with the Lease signed on the date hereof.

1. CORT & KF Rent (hereinafter called "KF Rent") supplies goods for rent only on these Terms and will not accept, or be bound by, other conditions.
케이에프렌트는 임대인이 사용한다는 조건하에 렌트를 한다

2. Payment of the KF Rent initial invoice by the Lessee, incorporating advance rental charges, delivery and collection charges, will be deemed by KF Rent as acceptance of these Terms.
고객혹은 기업의 임대료를 받는 것으로 케이에프렌트는 계약에 동의하는것에 동의한다

3. Any instructions from the Lessee that differ from those in these Terms and the Rental Agreement (hereinafter called "the Agreement") will not be carried out without the prior written consent of KF Rent.
계약서에 없는 조항을 이행을 할때에는 kf에 서면상 동의없이 할수없다

4. The Lessee may not assign the benefit or obligations of these Terms and the Agreement to another party without the prior written permission of KF Rent.
고객은 kf의 서면상의 동의 없이는 제품들을 다른이에게 양도할수없다

5. All agreements, quotations and estimates provided by the KF Rent are subject to the right to withdrawal or cancellation without liability on the KF Rent part.
모든 조항,게약,견적,청구서는 kf 의 동의 없이는 진행 혹은 캔슬 될수없다

6. The KF Rent reserves the right to substitute items selected for a quotation or agreement with items of an equivalent quality and value if the item selected does not meet any of the KF Rent quality control standards prior to delivery. This is for the benefit of the Lessee.
Kf는 배송전 고객의 고른 물건중 상태가 좋지않거나 하자가있는 제품들은 뺴고 배송할수있다. 이는 고객을 위한일이다.

7. The Lessee undertakes to keep all the rental goods (hereinafter called the “Furniture”) in the order and condition in which they were accepted and to return them to KF Rent in the same order and condition, save for reasonable wear and tear as to whether such wear and tear is reasonable or not, shall be at the sole discretion of KF Rent.
고객은 kf의 가구를 배송받았을때의 상태로 유지하고 반환 할것을 의무로하면, 사용중 발생하수있는 흡집이나 작은 손상들은 오직 KF가 회수시 체크하면 판단한다.

8. During the rental period the Lessee is solely responsible for the Furniture which must remain at the original delivery address (hereinafter called the “Delivery Address”) and may not be moved to another location without the prior written consent of KF Rent.
계약기간중 모든 가구가 처음배송지에 위치함은 고객의 의무이면, 이사가 필요한경우 KF의 서면상 동의를 구해야한다.

Payment



Duration of rental contract (“Term”) 기간별 계약 / Upfront Payments 선입금액

One month:
o 1 month’s rental, delivery and collection charge
o 1달 임대료,배송,픽업비,
o Deposit
o 보증금

Two to three months:
o 2 or 3 month’s rental (commensurate with the term), delivery and collection charge.
o 2~3개월 렌탈비,배송,픽업비

Four months or over *
o 3 month’s rental, delivery and collection charge
o 3달 렌트비,배송,픽업비
o Deposit
o 보증금

9. Payment of the Upfront Payments is required prior to delivery to the Delivery Address. The Furniture will not be released for delivery unless the upfront payments have been cleared into KF Rent’s bank account at least 48 hours prior to the agreed Delivery date.
선입금액은 배송일 48시간전까지 KF의 계좌에 입금처리가 완료되어야한다.

10. The minimum Term is one calendar month. If the exact rental period is unknown for short-term rentals of between one to three months (“Mini Lease”), KF Rent will charge an upfront payment for three months rental. If the Furniture is returned within the first month, KF Rent will refund the second, and if applicable the third, months payment to the Lessee. If the Furniture is returned, at any time during the third month, no refund will be made.
최소 계약기간은 한달이다. 1달이상을 쓸것이나 언제까지 쓰게될지 활실치않을시 선입급액은 3달치 임대료이며, 1달을 채우기전 가구를 반납할경우 2월,3월분 렌트료는 환급된다. 만약 3개월에 들어서서 가구를 리턴시 환급은 없다 “mini lease”

11. Interest will be charged on a daily basis on all overdue payments at five (5%) percentage.
결제기간이 지난 모든금액엔 5% 이자가 부과된다

12. The Lessee hereby irrevocably grants the KF Rent permission to enter into the Delivery address to retrieve the Furniture should the Lessee default on any payments.
고객은 임대료혹은 다른 금액을 미납할시 배송지에 들어가 가구를 회수할수있는데 동의한다

Deposit 보증금



13. Provided returned rented items can be repaired and/or cleaned to an acceptable standard by KF Rent, no deduction will be made from the Deposit. Deductions will be made to cover the cost of damage over and above normal wear and tear, howsoever caused, to replace items damaged beyond repair and to cover costs, if professional cleaning has been necessary. In such circumstances the Deposit will be cashed and any remaining amounts, if at all, due to the Lessee shall be remitted back to the Lessee.

회수시 상태를 체크해 수리가 가능하거나 세탁이 가능한 제품들의 데미지는 보증금에서 제하지않는다, 허나 수리가 불가하거나, 전문 세탁일 필요할경우 보증금에서 그 비용을 제한후 환급한다 그 비용이 보증금보다 클시 추가 청구를 한다.


Delivery, Collection and Cancellation



14. A one off charge is made on the initial invoice for one delivery, installation and collection in normal working hours (9am - 6pm Monday to Friday). Additional charges will be incurred if more than one delivery or collection is required by the Lessee or if delivery or collection is required outside normal working hours.
배송비는 한번의 배송과 한번의 회수비용이며 이는 영업시간내 배송한경우이다. 영업시간이후 혹은 추가배송혹은 회수가 필요한경우 추가 비용이 청구된다

15. KF Rent will use reasonable endeavours to effect delivery and collection of Furniture on the agreed dates and at the agreed times but will not be liable, under any circumstances, for any delay or any failure to deliver or collect the Furniture. If delivery or collection is unable to be effected on the agreed dates and/or at the agreed times due to the Lessee’s acts or omissions, additional charges will be payable by the Lessee if they require KF Rent to arrange another Delivery date. KF Rent requires at least three (3) days notice if the Delivery date is to be changed. Please note that should you fail to be at the Delivery Address at the agreed time then a charge shall be payable by the Lessee for standing time

Kf는 고객과 동의한 배송날짜와 시간에 배송을 이행하기위해 최선의 노력을 다한다.고객의 문제로 정해진 날짜에 배송 혹은 회수를 할수없을경우 추가 배송비가 청구될수도있다. 최소 3일전 노티스로 배송날짜를 변경할수있다. 만약 정해진 배송 혹은 회수 시간에 고객이 부재일경우 대기시간에 따라 추가 금액이 발생된다.(차량 비용,인건비)

16. The Lessee, or their duly authorised representative, must be present at the property address on the Agreement to accept and sign receipt of the delivered Goods. If the Lessee/representative fails to sign then the Lessee will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the Goods on the date specified in the Agreement and will not be permitted to dispute subsequently the facts of the delivery..
고객혹은 대리인이 배송날 배송지에 있어야하며, 배송완료후 배송지에 서명을 해주어야한다. 만약 아무도 현장에 없을경우 추후 배송의 대한 문제나 불만등으로 문제를 야기할수없다.

17. KF rent reserves the right to make substitutes for any Goods which may be unavailable at that time without prior warning although the KF rent will endeavour to provide Furniture of a like design, and standard.
Kf는 배송전 고객의 요청에 맞게 배송물건을 준비함에 있어 최선의 노력을 다하지만, 배송중 배송물건의 하자가 있을시 물건을 교환할 권리가있다.
18. KF Rent requires one month's notice to collect goods rented for six months or more and 10 working days’ notice for short term (one to five months) rental contracts.
KF는 회수전 6개월 이상의 장기 렌탈엔 1달전 노티스, 5개월 이하의 단기 렌트는 10일전 노티스가 필요하다.

19. Should the Lessee fail to return any Furniture on the agreed collection date, the Lessee shall pay to KF Rent the current new replacement cost of the un-returned items by way of deduction from the Deposit amount taken at the outset of the Agreement.
지정된 날짜에 고객이 가구를 리턴하지 않을경우 보증금에서 새가구 대체 비용을 제한다.

20. Early Termination

21. If collection of the Furniture is required by the Lessee prior to the expiry of the Term, then all outstanding rental payments until the end of the contractual period will become payable immediately.
계약기간 만료전 계약을 해지할경우 남은 기간의 임대료를 계산하면 청구한다.

Complaints 불만



22. Any complaints that may arise must be submitted in writing during the rental period to ensure they are fully investigated whilst the Furniture is at the Delivery Address.
모든 불만사항들은 서면으로 제출 되어야한다.

Governing law



If any dispute on this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual consent, the jurisdiction of such dispute shall be the Seoul Civil Court which Lesser’s address belongs to.

If this contract is executed on behalf of Lessee by his representative, the person executing this contract
expressly represents to Lessor that he/she has the full and complete authority to execute this contract
on Lessee's behalf fully and completely binding Lessee to all of the terms, conditions, limitations, exceptions
and exclusions of this contract.

As a general rule, once the personal data has fulfilled the purposes for which they were collected, they will be discarded without delay. However, it shall be retained for a specified period of time due to the reasons mentioned below.

o Records on contracts or withdrawal of offers and the like:

o Records on payment settlement and supply of goods etc.

- Reasons of retention: Act on Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, Etc

- Retention Period : 5 years

o Records on processing of customer disputes and complaints

- Reasons of retention: Act on Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, Etc

- Retention Period : 3 years

o Log records

- Reasons of retention: Communication Privacy Act

- Retention Period : 3 months
